Bock Beer Beef Marinade

Another one of our Texas Rangers game watching meals- Bock Beer Ribeye and Baked Macaroni and Cheese.  I had Bock Beer Pork Loin with Baked Macaroni and Cheese.

Bock Beer Beef Marinade
Adapted from Chuy's Restaurant

Bock Beer Beef Marinated Ribeye and Baked Macaroni and Cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 limes, juiced
  • 1 c bock beer (like Shiner)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  1. In a small bowl, add all ingredients
  2. Place steak in a Ziplock bag
  3. Pour marinade over the steak
  4. Seal the bag tightly
  5. Place in refrigerator for 1+ hour (up to overnight); flipping occasionally
  6. Cook as desired (we grilled this one, 10 mins each side)
