Bock Beer Beef Marinade
Adapted from Chuy's Restaurant
Bock Beer Beef Marinated Ribeye and Baked Macaroni and Cheese |
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 limes, juiced
- 1 c bock beer (like Shiner)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- In a small bowl, add all ingredients
- Place steak in a Ziplock bag
- Pour marinade over the steak
- Seal the bag tightly
- Place in refrigerator for 1+ hour (up to overnight); flipping occasionally
- Cook as desired (we grilled this one, 10 mins each side)
